Continuing innovation is valuable to any ag business. Plant California Alliance supports research to ensure our members continue to lead the world in producing and delivering healthy, sustainable nursery products.

Each year, the Plant California Alliance funds research for specific research projects for a host of topics ranging from propagation; production systems; culture, irrigation, fertilization; soil mixes; insects, diseases, weed control; energy conservation; mechanization; post-harvest handling transportation; or marketing.

SUPPORT THE CANERS FOUNDATION
CANERSThe CANERS Foundation for Research and Scholarships was established in 1969 to support nursery industry research and provide educational scholarships for those pursuing a career in the horticulture sector. It has grown into the largest state nursery association endowment of its kind. With over $3 million in principal, the endowment continues to provide needed funding of industry research and scholarships.

The CANERS Foundation has funds available to support research pertinent to the production, post-harvest handling and marketing of nursery crops. It also funds scholarships and allows individuals, families or companies to establish legacy awards.
